Traqnology have brought us a GPS paint machine that is accurate to within 1/2”. It can be mounted on many different UTVs, our most popular solution is the Kubota RTV 520.

Controlled by any iPad with a USB-C connection, Traqnology’s intuitive app makes it beyond simple to setup paints.

When painting, the user is simply controlling the speed with the accelerator pedal. The auto steer feature is controlling the steering.

Here is a simplified version of how a typical field paint looks like.

• User mixes and primes paint.

• User selects the field to paint on the iPad app.

• User starts painting. Autosteer keeps the machine perfectly straight and the user controls the speed between 1 to 8 mph.

• User flushes the machine out with water and finishes!

A premium Graco 490 PC Pro paint sprayer is housed in the bed. This adjustable paint sprayer can paint from 300 to 3,000 psi.

This allows for a wide range of paint types to be used, as well as adjustable for the surface being painted.

Spraying at the manufacturers recommended pressure allows for atomization of the paint. This results in better surface adhesion and brighter results.

The user controls how fast the machine paints at. A practice field or over marking will be painted at a quicker speed than a game field or initial paint.

Some examples for actual paint times are:

• 11v11 Soccer Field - Slow 25 minutes. Fast 15 minutes.

• High School Football Field (including all hashes, markings and team area). Slow 2 hours. Fast 1 hour.

• Unified Lacrosse. Slow 45 minutes. Fast 30 minutes.

• 788 Parking Lot Spaces (including all the set up, placement and mapping out): 4 hours

With the ability to paint miles of lines in under an hour this will speed up any major operation.
